Meet the Chef

Chef Yi-Fan graduated from California School of
Culinary Arts, Pasadena and had Michelin star training in Germany for 2 years before coming back to America to pursue his career in the culinary industry.

He worked for L'Orgine, Jonathan Beach Club, and was an original starting member for Elements Kitchen in Pasadena. While he worked his way up to become the sous chef for Hungry Cats in Hollywood and the executive chef for Happi Songs in West LA, he gained enough experience and knowledge to open up his own restaurant in his favorite town, Pasadena.
